CLASSES
Our classes are organized and aligned with the elements for an alternative way of looking at the physical practice or yoga. We encourage a balanced approach to yoga and recommend drawing on all our class from time to time to keep your practice varied and complete. Classes are designed to be accessible to all levels, however we have established "Beginner" level Water and One Life classes if you are coming to yoga for the first time or after an extended period away. We also highly recommend our Earth sequence for those looking for a slower practice to begin.
