So excited to join you on your journey to strength, flexibility, breath and real connection.



1. Find your first class - our schedule is here or you can download our app - search ONE LIFE YOGA in the apple or android app store. Don't worry about pre-booking, just show up 15 mins prior to the start time so we can get you situated.

2. Show up! That is the hardest step! Bring a mat, water and your motivated self!

3. When you arrive for the first time, our team will get you set up with an account so you can check yourself in, or if you prefer fill out this form to get one step ahead:

4. Enjoy the next 30 days of transformation! Try our different yoga + meditation classes and see what feels right for you! Follow us on FB or IG to keep up with our community! 

5. We recommend practicing 2-3 times per week for the next 20-30 days. After 20-25 days you will be able to feel the difference in the body and mind... 

6. See you on your mat!!
