elevate your practice and tap into your inner teacher.

ENOLLMENT FOR OUR 2027 COHORT opens october 2026!

200-HR Yoga teacher training

march - november 2027

join us as we dive into what it means to embody this ancient practice in a modern world.‍ ‍

Our extended eight-month format gives you space to deepen your personal practice, explore the teachings at a thoughtful pace, and refine your skills as a practitioner and teacher.

In a world that continuously asks us to move faster, achieve more, and get to the end result as quickly as possible, we believe there is no fast track to truly embodying this practice.

What if, instead, we slowed things down?

What if we gave ourselves the time and space to learn, practice, question, integrate, and let the teachings take root?

Yoga is first and foremost a journey to the Self, one that invites us into a state of deeper awareness, understanding, and compassion with ourselves and the world around us.

We’d love to invite you to explore the many layers of this holistic practice and discover how yoga can become a way of moving through the world—with greater curiosity, connection, and intention.

In this training you will…

Expand your understanding of functional anatomy and physiology. Our anatomy section is purposefully robust so you can understand how to teach real bodies!

Integrate ethical considerations with the business and marketing of yoga in this ever-evolving industry.

Learn Yoga’s philosophical foundation and history to authentically share your teaching with reverence and respect for it’s roots.

Learn the technical skills to teach and lead with confidence while finding your voice and connecting to your “why” as a teacher and practitioner.

Cultivate the skills to lead thoughtful classes through sequencing and theming. You will have plenty of opportunity to create thoughtful, authentic classes AND practice teaching.

Get support from our experienced, heart-led teaching staff who have over 30 years of combined expertise.

what our trainees say:

“My experience in the OLY Teacher Training was truly transformative. The program fostered such a warm, welcoming community that quickly felt like family, creating a safe space to grow and learn together. The instructors balanced deep technical knowledge with a genuine passion for yoga philosophy while offering thoughtful mentorship throughout the program. The curriculum was well structured, with a strong emphasis on anatomy, alignment, and practical teaching skills. I completed the training feeling confident, prepared, and inspired to begin sharing yoga with others.” - Denise

“I am so glad that I signed up for ONE-LIFE YOGA's Teacher-Training Program in 2024.  I was in their first training group.  I must say that they did a wonderful job to get the training well-organized and implemented perfectly.  One of the many strengths of the training program is that they included different yoga teachers.  They were all great teachers and each had their own special gifts in different areas. As a student, I learned so much from all of the teachers and their different approaches. The training enriched me profoundly and gave me a new perspective in my yoga practice and my future teaching.  I am very grateful for the Yoga-Teacher Training at ONE-LIFE YOGA and highly recommend this great program. “ Jing
