Looking for a studio where you can move, breathe, grow, and feel at home? You’ve found it.

Explore all OLY has to offer and discover how a regular practice can support you—on the mat and beyond

At OLY, we believe yoga should meet you where you are. Our diverse range of classes, styles, and teachers gives you space to explore what feels good in your body and supports what you need that day. Come to build strength, create more mobility, slow down, sweat, breathe, or simply make some space for yourself.

We’ve got something for everyone: vinyasa (flow), yin, meditation, barre, sculpt…and a vibrant community to support you and cheer you on.

The best way to get started is to just start! Take a look at the schedule. Need help finding the right class? Send an email to connect@onelifeyoga.com and we’ll help you get started.

Move with intention. Breathe with awareness. Practice in community.

First timer tips:

Dress the part:

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. We have plenty of props available for you to use. Mat rentals are $4.

Get here stress-free:

Give yourself plenty of time to arrive and get settled! The time on the schedule is the class START time. Please note that we have a 3 minute grace period, but cannot guarantee entry if you are late as we lock our doors during class.

Parking is available in the Pavilions parking lot on California Ave. or Hudson Ave. Enter the studio from the back parking lot. There is a flight of stairs next to the credit union.

Disconnect to reconnect:

No shoes, phones, or bags in the practice rooms please! Put your belongings in the cubbies provided or leave in your car. Get that phone on silent and pretend it doesn’t exist for an hour. We have phone lockers for cellphones if you need.

Make the most of it:

Try as many classes as you can during your intro! Explore. Be open and curious. Try something new. You never know what class style will light you up or what teacher you’ll vibe with. We recommend taking at least 8 classes during your three week intro so you can really get a feel for all the classes we have available for you.

FAQs

I'm a beginner. Where do I start?

Sure do! If you’re new to the practice we recommend starting with Yoga Fundamentals. Then try Flow and Restore, Earth, and All Levels Vinyasa.

Beginners and experienced yogis are all welcome and we have plenty of classes to get you going and find your flow.

What if I'm not very flexible?

A common misconception is that you need to be flexible, thin, and/or strong. Yoga isn’t about fitting your body into a certain shape—it’s about learning to work with the body you have. Our classes offer options, modifications, and props to help you find a practice that feels supportive and accessible

As Jigar Gor says, “Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is what you learn on the way down.”

Do I need to pre-book my class?

Yes, we recommend it! Classes can fill up and it’s helpful if we know you’re coming! We recommend downloading our Walla app to easily schedule and cancel classes. Please also note we have a one hour cancellation policy for all classes! Late cancels and no-shows are subject to a $10 fee.

  • My favorite yoga studio on this side of LA county! They offer BOTH heated and non-heated classes, which I find rare these days. Teachers are always friendly and knowledgeable with thoughtful flows. I love that they offer cute promotions and activities (bingo cards, monthly challenges) that make you feel plugged into the community. A must visit!
