This 20-hour Yin–Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers, trainees, and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of still, contemplative practice and expand their ability to teach accessible, therapeutically informed classes.
You’ll study the 26 key Yin Yoga postures, variations, and how to adapt each shape for different bodies using intentional prop support. Through myofascial meridian theory, functional anatomy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, you’ll explore how Yin and Restorative practices impact connective tissue, energy pathways, and the nervous system.
This training also includes Yin Yoga history, philosophy, sequencing, language, and holding space so you can teach with clarity and confidence.
